Communication and Signal Processing Research Laboratory (HİSAR) is a TÜBİTAK BİLGEM laboratory unit that aims to solve the challenges faced by society and industry with its research and development activities in the field of communication, and in this direction, it focuses on new technologies and operates to meet the advanced technological infrastructure and new performance criteria with secure and efficient communication systems.
